How the Speed Queen self-service laundry works in Lomza
The process is simple: load, select the program, pay, then start the machine. Before washing, always check the fabric label and choose the right machine size.
Washing step by step
- 01
Load the washer
Place the laundry in the machine and close the door. Check garment labels before starting.

Select the program
Choose the washing program and temperature that match the fabric.

Pay at the kiosk
Pay for the selected machine at the central payment system using cash or card.
- 04
Press start
After payment, press the start button on the washer. The door stays locked until the cycle ends.
Drying step by step
- 01
Load the dryer
Place spun laundry in the dryer and close the door.

Set the temperature
Choose the drying temperature suitable for the fabric.

Pay at the kiosk
Pay in the central payment system. Dryer pricing is listed per 15 minutes.

Start the dryer
Press start on the machine after payment. Do not dry soaking wet, non-spun laundry.
Key rules
- Do not add detergents to the washer. The system doses them automatically.
- It is forbidden to wash pet clothes, pet bedding, fabrics with pet hair, mops, shoes, greasy workwear, or items with sharp metal parts.
- Breaking the washing or drying restrictions can result in a PLN 500 penalty per machine use.
- Laundry baskets are for indoor use inside the location only.
- Once a program has started, it cannot be changed.

Are detergents included in the price?
Yes. Detergents are automatically dosed and included in the washing price.
How can I pay?
Payment is made in advance in the central system. Both cash and card are accepted.
Can I wash a duvet or blanket?
Yes. Larger items are best matched with the 15 kg or 20 kg washers.
What are the opening hours?
The laundry is open every day from 6:00 to 22:00.
What cannot be washed or dried?
Prohibited items include mops, pet items, shoes, greasy garments and anything that may damage the machines.
